If you are struggling with weight loss let us help you get to your goal with safe & effective supervision by a medical professional. Our nurse practitioner will assess your medical history, labs, goals and guide you through the program to help you reach your goals. Program includes initial assessment,measurements, weekly check in, bi-weekly weigh in, nutritional coach, fitness trainer/program. Actual price of the program varies due to customized individual plan. FDA approved medication for chronic weight management. Fat Burner and/or B12 injections can be added to the program to optimize results. Pricing is on a monthly basis. Monthly pricing starts at $400. Recommendation is a 3 month commitment, but may vary by the individual weight loss goal.
